:iconwatercreess: sent me a note the other day and asked me how to do an effect on one of my pictures... I really couldn't think of any new Photoshop Shorts to work on at the moment, so I decided to just answer their question with a Photoshop short since it required more than just typing an answer.  So if you like to ask me about other special effects questions that you see on my pictures, and I didn't cover in my other tutorials, feel free to ask!!   I will answer your questions, and if there's too much information, I'll turn it into a tutorial too :)
